How to Use

Swish 1 teaspoon (or 1 capful) of oil in your mouth. Gently pull through your teeth for 5–20 minutes. Spit into the bin (not the sink). Rinse with warm water and SMILE! For best results, upon waking: Tongue Scrape → Oil Pull Wash → Brush
