At Crafted by Nature Australia, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below is our full shipping policy for Australian and international customers.

Processing Times

All orders are packed with care from our NSW studio.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

Flat rate: $10
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia)

Flat rate: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Free Local Delivery – Cowra Region Available for eligible postcodes. Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping Currently unavailable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Crafted by Nature Australia is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
