How to use Empowerment Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your Empowerment essential oil blend to your diffuser and feel empowered for your day ahead.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
