How to Use

1. Prepare Wraps: Wash and dry the wraps and cotton inserts before use.
2. Apply Castor Oil: Pour the Castor Oil onto the Cotton Insert and place it onto your skin.
3. Secure in Place: Place the wrap over the pad and secure in position, adjusting the straps for a snug fit.
4. Activate Heat: Use a heat pack in the zipper pocket of the waist wrap.
5. Relax and Absorb: Relax for 30 mins to 1 hour for optimal oil absorption.
