Therapeutic benefits
Diffuser: For adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10ml carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any portion.
