Returns eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Skincare or personal care products
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit.
